Hello, and greetings from The Netherlands!
Since some years I’m driving a Range Rover Vogue (model year 2006), with auxiliary heating, which came standard from factory on all of these models. I’ve ordered the remote control and receiver unit from Ebay, to upgrade to Park Heating. I also had it activated in the car software at the dealer, to be able to activate the heating via the on-board
This is all working fine, it burns the default 30 minutes without issues
However……
– the cooling fluid reaches a temperature of only 35 – 40 degrees
– the interior heating therefore is not getting very warmAll I would REALLY like to know is: Is there anybody in Sweden with a Range Rover Vogue, DIESEL version TD6 3.0 that has Park Heating? And can we please share experience?
I’m wondering if my expectations are too high, or is there indeed an issue with my Park Heating? How hot should it get?
Thanks for feedback, both in UK and Netherlands I haven’t been able to find somebody to share experience. In Sweden it can get much colder, so……
I do have already all the technical documentation, however it doesn’t describe the temperatures to be reached.
THANKS

Only on my Petrol L322, the interior is nice and toasty after 30 minutes even in -10 degree weather.
Have you scanned for fault codes ?

Yes, I have been at several Range Rovers dealers who have scanned for faults, and they did find some messages. But these then could be interpreted in so many ways, that no actual fault could be found after all.
Some questions:
1. Does your interior heating (front window) start immediately (intially blowing cold air) or only after the cooling fluid has reached a certain temperature? (example around 30 degrees)?2. Do you know if you have the Change Over Valve installed, separating the 2 cooling fluid systems from each other?
3. Final question: If you turn on the engine, is the temperature meter then already out of the blue zone right away?
Thanks!
